Coconut Macaroons Recipe

Ingredients:

1 and 1/3 cup Baker's Angel Flake coconut
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 egg whites

Directions:
  • Combine the coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Mix well. 
  • Add remaining ingredients. 
  • Drop from a teaspoon onto greased baking sheet. 
  • Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees or until edges are lightly browned. 
  • Remove from baking sheets and let cool.  Makes approximately 18 cookies.
