1 and 1/3 cup Baker's Angel Flake coconut
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 egg whites
Directions:
- Combine the coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Drop from a teaspoon onto greased baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees or until edges are lightly browned.
- Remove from baking sheets and let cool. Makes approximately 18 cookies.
