2 pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 lg. bananas, diced
1 c. dairy sour cream
Directions:
- Dissolve the Jello in boiling water, then add strawberries, stirring occasionally until thawed.
- Fold in pineapple and bananas.
- Put half of mixture into an 8- inch square pan and chill until firm.
- Spoon sour cream over evenly.
- Pour remaining Jello over top and let chill in the refrigerator until set.
