I have to comment. I love to cook but not really a great baker. So, several years ago I decided to make homemade pecan pies for a large family dinner I was having at my house.
I had seen my Grannies make them for years, seen a friend make one and thought, I can do this.
So, get them in the oven the night before, go to get one out to check on it and the tin pan bends and the inside of the pie spills all over my oven!!!
I have sense learned to be more careful!!!!
Always love reading your recipes!
